Nexia Smith & Williamson provides reporting accountant services and tax advice in Maypole Group AIM admission

Maypole Group, an acquisition vehicle for UK countryside hotels and pubs, has been admitted to AIM.

Nexia Smith & Williamson’s David Hunt and Ed Parsons acted as reporting accountants, while Andrew Wilkes and Mark Eade advised on tax issues.

David Hunt, an assurance and business services director at Nexia Smith & Williamson, said: “The Maypole Group is looking to grow through acquisition, with an emphasis on UK countryside hotels in popular locations serving good food at affordable prices, with quality rooms and high standards of service.
