Nexia Smith & Williamson provides reporting accountant services and tax advice in the AIM admission of The Core Business

The Core Business plc, a distributor of personal care products and beauty brands from make-up and skincare to men’s grooming and hair care, has been admitted to AIM.

David Hunt and Rakesh Shah of Nexia Smith & Williamson acted as reporting accountants, while Andrew Wilkes and Mark Eade provided tax advice.

Coming to AIM is intended to raise the company’s profile by providing an additional marketing channel and significant opportunity to develop, launch and licence brands. The proceeds of the placing will be used as working capital to identify and capitalise on brand building opportunities.
