Nexia Smith & Williamson provides reporting accountant services and tax advice to Goldplat

A team led by Jeff Selden of Nexia Smith & Williamson acted as reporting accountants to Goldplat plc, while Linda Warner provided tax advice.

Goldplat plc has agreed to acquire Gold Minerals Resources Ltd, a holding company incorporated in Guernsey and, through this acquisition, a profitable gold and platinum group metals processing business operated by Goldplat Recovery in South Africa. Goldplat Recovery is an established producer of gold and platinum group metals recovered from by-products of the mining process.

Listing on AIM will provide funds to enable Goldplat plc to expand its operations, including the opening of a new processing plant in Ghana.
