Keith is responsible for a wide portfolio of corporate and partnership clients in all sectors. His particular specialisms are media, ranging from traditional book and magazine publishing to IT related clients, insurance and retail. Keith is also a member of our media sector focus group.

Keith was for 10 years chairman of Smith & Williamson’s technical committee responsible for audit and accounting quality control and technical standards throughout the firm. This experience enables him to act as expert witness and provide litigation support particularly in the areas of auditors’ negligence, directors’ responsibilities, completion accounts and commercial disputes.

Keith regularly advises clients on acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting and other commercial issues. His experience includes advising on acquisitions with a value of up to £45 million and share valuations.

Keith is also the director in charge of our management accounting, payroll and ancillary services. Smith & Williamson can provide a complete outsourced accounting service to business start-ups or specific services to more established companies and partnerships.

In addition we provide management accountancy services to a significant portfolio of investment fund clients, where we also act as operator.
