Julie has specialised in audit and investigation work encompassing auditing and advising small, privately owned companies through to plc’s including complex groups, and dealing with technical audit and accounting issues.

She has particular experience of working in the housing sector and other non-profit
organisations.

Julie has considerable experience of working with AIM listed companies and has acted as reporting accountant for a number of companies seeking admission to AIM

Investigation work has involved due diligence assignments commissioned by both
purchaser companies and funders.

Julie joined Smith & Williamson in 1992 having trained and qualified as a chartered
accountant with Ernst & Young in London and Southampton. In November 2002 Julie became a director in Nexia Smith & Williamson. Julie is also a director of Smith & Williamson Limited.
