Jonathan leads our services to Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). For over 20 years he has specialised in this sector, firstly with Deloitte & Touche and since 1993 with Smith & Williamson.

The range of services that he has provided is extensive, including external and internal audit, business plan validation, strategic advice, risk management, merger advice and a variety of ad hoc projects.

He has presented seminars on RSL issues on numerous occasions, including to NHF finance conferences, the Institute of Bankers, various Boards and Audit Committees of RSLs. He is also a regular presenter at the programme of RSL-specific seminars run by Smith & Williamson.

He is a member of the SORP working party and Chair of the ICAEW's Social Housing sub-committee.

Jonathan has also written a number of articles for Social Housing and Tolley's Audit Briefing. He is a member of its Executive Board.
